Hailing from Spring, TX, Adam Sabel is the owner of Redemption Roofing. With a rich personal life that includes four children and two grandchildren, Adam is not only dedicated to his family but also to transforming the roofing industry.
A man of faith and purpose, Adam lives by the inspiring motto: “ Do not be conformed to this world,[a] but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” Rom 12:2. This principle drives his work ethic and passion for creating a customer-centered approach in roofing.

Meet Baileigh Hardin
Baileigh Hardin is the heart of Redemption Roofing’s operations, bringing her love for people and her passion for exceptional service to her role as Office Manager. A Conroe, Texas native, Baileigh’s friendly demeanor and dedication make her an invaluable part of the team.
An animal lover at heart, Baileigh’s home is a lively sanctuary, where she cares for six dogs, three cats, and six chickens. Her nurturing spirit is evident not only in her love for animals but also in the way she approaches her work—serving customers with care and getting to know each one personally.
Baileigh finds inspiration in Matthew 17:20, a verse that reminds her of the power of faith and perseverance: “If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”

Seth Hardin is a dedicated and personable member of the Redemption Roofing team, bringing his love for the outdoors and his passion for helping others to every interaction. A Montgomery, Texas native, Seth’s roots in the community fuel his commitment to providing the best service possible.
Seth is most passionate about building connections with people every day and ensuring they are taken care of to the best of his ability. He believes in going the extra mile to make sure customers feel valued and their needs are met.

Originally hailing from Miles City and Missoula, Montana, Stephen has also called Amarillo, Lubbock, College Station, and Kingwood/Houston, Texas home. Along the way, he’s proudly cheered for the Sandies, Texas Tech Red Raiders (Guns Up!), Texas A&M Aggies (Gig ’em!), and the Houston Astros (Go ’Stros!).
One fascinating fact about Stephen? He reads and writes Hebrew—a skill that reflects his depth and commitment to lifelong learning. Shabbat Shalom (שבת שלום)!
